Amazing location filled with accommodating and attentive staff!
Pros:

What an amazing place! The accommodations were excellent. The food in the restaurant was delicious, drinks fantastic, staff friendly and attentive!

The front desk was so helpful! Kelsey was amazing and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend The Study!

Cons:

TV sound was capped and I have a hard time hearing. Minor annoyance is all.

Outstanding and a room with fantastic view.
Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodating. They even helped us get an Uber when we had issues securing a taxi.

Cons:

The food was a little iffy but the service staff were friendly and exceptional.

Great location to stay on UoC campus with access to dining $ many sites on the South Side of Chicago
Pros:

Decor in lobby area, comfort of the lobby area, desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable, cleanliness, closeness to Obama Presidential Library, walkability of the campus from the hotel, and the Truth be Told restaurant.
