Loved it! Will return!!!
Pros:

The 6am coffee bar was a big help! My 90 year old Mother takes a daily medicine dosage around 7 so to have that available prevented me from having to hunt her up some coffee and milk, it was greatly appreciated!!! :)

Cons:

One complaint was the television volume, it was too low, but I was informed about the plan for upgrading and correction, a small detail...no big deal.

Great spot just outside the city center.
Pros:

Great location for leaving town in the morning to drive to Indiana. Clean hotel with friendly staff and the decor was cute, in line with the name. Would definitely stay again! We parked at garage right behind the hotel and it worked out great.

Excellent location very clean amazing Staff
Pros:

I loved the location of the property as it was walking distance to the lake. I love that it had a restaurant downstairs and I was able to get breakfast lunch or dinner.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing. I didn’t like about the property. I love the property.

Great Hyde Park Hotel

Nice property, Friendly staff Kelsey at front desk was lovely.,

Cons:

One elevator was broken. It was a busy weekend - and it took forever to get the one working elevator. No sign was posted ... after a day i figured out it was not is service.

Noting it was a busy weekend . It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. Service on Saturday was slow and we were often forgotten by our waiter.

Classy hotel and convenient location.
Pros:

A few places close by for breakfast and other meals. Very convenient as a visitor to the University of Chicago.
Staff is super nice.

Cons:

There is a black thick mat at the entrance in front of the door. It made rolling our suitcases very very very hard especially and since the doors are not automatic, it was again hard to open the doors.
