Very poor
Pros:

Room was cozy and it is near to the main road to infocity avenue.

Cons:

Nothing was provided,no towels,no necessary amenities plus couldn't sleep because of bedbugs and mosquitoes it was the worst night.

Not stayed, as they were not providing triple occupancy room.
Pros:

They were showing us double bedded room for triple occupancy and was asking for more money for extra mattress. This was not a triple occupancy room and without extra charge they were not allowing to check in. Most bad experience.

Pros:

1. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The staff did not clean the room before our arrival. The room had some bad smell, usually found in room which remain closed for a long time.
The staff were of indifferent attitude. The bed, blanket and pillows were dirty. Only in the late evening they provided the fresh ones.
In the washroom, there was leak in the guiser pipe resulting unnecessary wastage of water. It was verbally reported to the reception, but none paid any heed.
The location seemed to be not suitable for hotel business. The lane is too narrow and broken.
There is no facility of food. For good food you have to go out for atleast 300m or more. At night the road was dangerous because of lack of street lights, poor road condition.
They took Rs. 1700 cash in advance at the time of entry, but did not provide any receipt.
