Leicht zu finden, das Personal im Restaurant darunter

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schmutzig, das WC roch nach Urin und war unterm Deckel stark verschmutzt. Im Bad war Schimmel. Auf den Wänden waren viele Flecken. Zuerst hab ich mir nicht viel dabei gedacht. Erst als ich im Bad drei Kakerlaken sah, hab ich die Wände nochmals inspiziert und festgestellt, dass alle Flecken von zerdrücken Kakerlaken stammten. Hier hätte ich niemals schlafen können, habe also mitten in der Nacht meine Sachen gepackt und bin abgereist. Widerlich!!

A clean, comfortable, and warm stay in a great location, making our visit to beautiful Vienna easy and enjoyable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very clean, and the room was warm, cozy, and pleasant. The room was also spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We really appreciated the coffee, tea, and mineral water provided in the room — a very thoughtful touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well.

Another big advantage was the location: right outside the accommodation there was a tram stop that took us directly to the city center, making it very easy to explore Vienna without spending extra money on transport.

Vienna is a truly beautiful city, and this place made our trip even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel for the price, tram was convenient to the city centre.
Pros:

Was very reasonably priced for vienna, it had a lift & a restaurant underneath. However, the lift was switched off overnight when the restaurant closed. Location was good with a tram to the city centre stopping directly outside the hotel.

Cons:

Shower could have been cleaner.
