Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety and quality. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, polite, and always ready to assist us with a smile.
We stayed on a half-board basis and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel arranged a complimentary high tea for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks for allowing our children to dine free of charge, which made our family stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Chamodya and Mogan for their excellent service during the breakfast and dinner buffets. Their friendliness and dedication were truly appreciated by our family.
Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated the experience and look forward to visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very attentive staff. Incredible breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with various freshly made stations. It was a nice big clean spacious room with a chocolate treat on arrival. There was a gym, it wasn’t massive or hugely modern but the machines worked.

Cons:

There wasn’t a dedicated baggage room and the staff member suggested we just leave our bags in the middle of reception whilst we went out which made us feel slightly uneasy with so many people around. The wine bar was closed but it was quieter when we travelled.

An excellent hotel to stay in Nuwaraeliya at extremely competitive rates in ideal location.
Pros:

First time visitor to an Araliya hotel. Green Hills exceeded my expectations. From the front office manager Bhanuka to the entire staff are very polite, friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast spread is very good compared to the hotel rates. Restaurant staff are also very efficient, flexible and helpful. We were served by Kalhara who was extremely caring and friendly.
