Pamper yourself with a 5 star experience
Pros:

The property is located close to the Nuwara Eliya city center. The staff were extremely welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. The employees will run through the formalities while you make a stroll through the lobby and enjoy their welcome drink. The fountain view is stunning from the elevator. The room was extra spacious and comfy. Plenty of restaurant and pub choices are available in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was full of variety. One should not miss the egg hopper and dosa live counter

Cons:

Nothing, except that we couldn't stay more than one night to explore the facilities is entirety/

Incroyable séjour, avec des petites attentions à chaque moment alors un grand merci
Pros:

Tout est incroyable dans un hôtel ou l’on est au petit soin pour vous et tout est magnifiquement organisé Un grand merci à Biddhika et Mohan qui on tout fait pour que nous nous sentions heureux.
Le grand luxe pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse !!
Le buffets est splendide et très bon.
Les massages était extraordinaire également.

Cons:

La piscine un peu fraîche pour rester plus de 10 min mais c’est un détail.

A wonderful stay at Araliya Green Hills Hotel
Pros:

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was large, clean, and well equipped, and the dressing gown was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a deeply relaxing Balinese massage and appreciated the small but practical gym, especially the treadmill. I also enjoyed sitting outside with a coffee — both by the pool and in the garden. Great location close to town, attractions, and food outlets. I would definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing to mention — everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Amazing staff that make you feel very welcome.
Pros:

Great location and property but it was the staff that stood out. Even though it was very busy with a conference on the 2 days that we were there, they still managed to make my husband and I feel special. They were so welcoming, kind and caring. When my husband was not feeling well, the reception staff and manager helped me find a driver to get him some medicine after first trying to find some at the hotel. Then the Guest Relations Executive, Hansika, went above and beyond to help get our wallet returned to us in Australia that we left in the room safe. She was so helpful, sending us photos and videos of the process of handing over the wallet to couriers etc, to ensure we knew it was safe. We have just received the wallet in Australia and she has remained in communication with us the whole time. Thank you so much Hansika for everything and to all the staff at this great hotel.

Un hotel perfecto para tu estancia en Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

El personal ha sido súper amable. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y tienen todo lo necesario para hacerte la estancia agradable. El desayuno tipo bufet muy completo. La cama es muy grande y muy cómoda. Las instalaciones están genial con piscina, gimnasio y spa.

Cons:

No había mantas para taparte más y es un lugar frío. La calefacción solo tiene encendido o apagado por lo que no controlas la temperatura y para dormir pasamos algo de frío, no quisimos molestar a recepción porque era muy tarde seguro que lo habrían solucionado pero es más fácil si tienes en la habitación a tu disposición.

Pros:

La posizione è comoda. A piedi sei in centro in 10 minuti. Camere pulite e con biancheria e asciugamani abbondanti.

Cons:

Si tratta di una vecchia struttura elegante. Le camere sono piccole, le finestre non si possono aprire, non ha l'aria condizionata ma solo una stufa Vortice che per scaldare la stanza (la temperatura esterna era di 8 gradi) ci mette una notte. Il bagno della nostra camera (Deluxe triple room) aveva solo vasca da bagno poco funzionale.
