Staff ia super friendly and helpful

Cons:

No hair dryer
Somehting is wrong with water you take shower with. Hair goes dry and rough I don't know why.

Pros:

Start from welcoming staff and then the room itself is very nice and quite. I forgot the name of the staff but all of them are very brilliant 👏

Cons:

Boiler messed a little with hot n cold shower in room 502.

Pros:

The overall look of the room is very nice good wide room separate guest room or living room . Clean and cooperative staff .

Cons:

This property has two or perhaps three entrances. There is lack of sign boards which way goes to reception. Also we were going through lift some gangsters look people enter in the lift and claimed they are security, I was bit scared because they had no uniforms and no cards from their look they were not security people . They try to help us because we entered through wrong way or backside and I refused the help because their wear and faces were quite strange and gangster look . May be they had good intentions. This was the only odd I had experienced. Please put the sign boards this is only I can suggest.

Other than bathroom experience, the stay was comfortable as the staff was nice and presidential suit was warm and cozy.
Pros:

Location was good. Rosca Cafe was exceptional. Cleaning staff was amazing and did a great job making our room for 15 days without any complaints. Best cleaning staff ! Presidential suit was quite comfortable.

Cons:

Toilet was so bad I would give it half star out of five! You can barely handle it for one day but I was able to deal with it for 15 days only with the help of cleaning staff. You could only use hot water for like two minutes 😡 there was no proper shower enclosure or bathroom cubicle which made it a-lot more difficult to take a bath in cold weather especially when you have kids.
No proper pickup drop off driveway.
Waiting for elevator is longer in rush hours or weekends as only two smallest elevators were available.

Receptionists are amazing 👏
Rooms are nice

Only issue I had was with the boiler, cold n warm water otherwise everything else is very nice and the best thing is the welcoming and nice behaviour of 2 guys standing on the reception.

Very thankful.
