Going to Miami? Find a nice Hotel, stay away from condos

Close to the Bayside Marketplace, 10 minute walk

Cons:

Address of the facility routed us to a parking garage, took Uber an extra 20 minutes to find it, ice maker not working, range and cook top impossible to figure out how to use (Smeg brand), WiFi password smudged on placard unable to login, mattress sloped toward headboard; had to pull off mattress and completely rebuild the underlying support platform, used phone app for entry to bldg and room; complicated and clumsy, ended up helping other guests with same issue, front desk person of no assistance with any of these things and told us to contact the owner. Bottom line: less than desirable experience: recommend staying at an actual hotel if you want help with anything, like the Yotel, which was next door. Also, be prepared to have a 20% tip automatically added to your bill at ALL restaurants in the area. No exceptions, even if the food or service is lousy. Other than that, great trip. The best part was taking the Brightline train . Service was fantastic and the lounge was incredible. What a fun way to travel .

Super nice place, highly recommended!!
Pros:

I must say apartment like this is rare to find in Miami! Modern, super clean, cozy apartment. Easy to check in, great communication and you basically have all you need for your stay. Location is excellent, many grocery stores and restaurants walking distance.
