I was there for a month, the worst thing is there is a man living there permanently who screams his head off, can go on all day once he's started, called the office the first 3 times, didn't stop him, then I over heard them arranging for him to pay another year's accommodation up front.
Things that would set him off were the rubbish bin not being emptied, renovation noise next door, bones in the rubbish (he was out side my bedroom door screaming "filthy flesh eater" after that one), and my not talking to him set him off on one occasion!
Before I arrived I asked for an extra blanket (based on a previous stay), It was the next day before it arrived, it was freezing.
I had also asked for a large pot, as previously there had only been tiny pots (you wouldn't want to do pasta for one person, let alone a couple), but they refused, so I bought one for €15, they also refused getting a bin for my first floor room.
Water glasses are too small, though there were 2 very large plastic tankards.
The back door was permanently locked, last time I could hang my washing out there, this time I would hang my washing over the ironing board in the lounge, unpleasant for everyone.
The electric door handle to the outside played up for a week (impossible to get in at times) before it stopped working altogether and they finally did something about it.
I resent that after I left they sent, I believe, a standard letter asking that I don't leave a bad review.

Terrível, limpeza mal feita, cama cheia deanchas e nódoas, casa de banho cheuia de fungos e água a pingar do teto, nem banho tomei. Toalhas de pés com buracos, janela com fechadura rebentada ... Tenho videos a demonstrar!! As entidades fiscalizadoras vão ser informadas.. tive de prncher um formulário que me obrigou aandar fotos do meu cartão de cidadão, o que é ilegal... Vou reportar a entidades reguladoras este caso!

Demasiado quente. Ac não funciona parece um forno. Disseram que havia secador e nao havia depois disseram que iam entregar e nao entregaram. Demoraram 2 horas extra a enviar os dados do check in
