Otelde beğenmediğim tek durum yönetimin koyduğu bazı gereksiz kurallar dışarıdan odaya yemek çıkartmak yasak evet otelin mutfağı yemekleri harika fakat dılarıda farklı yemekleri yemek isterseniz dışarı gidip yemeniz gerekiyor çok kötü bşr sistem ve ödeme için ikide bir resepsiyona çağırılıyorsunuz aksi taktirde odaya elektrik kesintisi ile karşılaşıyorsunuz Buda çok saçma 5 yıldızlı bşr otelde gecelik 250 Euro ödeyen misafirlere bu yaklaşım çok kötü yinede personellerin ilgisinden dolayı teşekkürler.

10/10 luxury stay, amazing staff, great food. We felt very well looked after.
Pros:

Staying at Merit was a real luxury experience. The King Suite came with a personal concierge who created a Whatsapp group for our stay, nothing was too much to ask. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Zaytoun was 10/10. Great location in Budva, the King Suite overlooks the old town which was a beautiful view. The Bvlgari products in the room were a nice touch.

Otelin merkezde olması tüm noktalara rahatça yürüyerek ulaşmamıza olanak sağladı. Çok güzel bir yerde çok güzel bir otel. Tüm çalışanları güleryüzlü, iletişimi yüksek,yardımsever. Özellikle asistanımız Müge hanım ve ekibindeki Egehan Bey , İlayda Hanım sayesinde kendimizi ayrıcalıklı aynı zamanda evimizde gibi konforlu hissettirdiler her sorumuza içtenlikle yanıt verdiler ve yardımcı oldular ayrıca restoran bölümünde Şevval hanım ve Engin bey tüm güleryüzü ve misafirperverliğiyle kahvaltılarımızı mükemmel kıldılar. Bizi mutlu eden tüm çalışanlara burdan da teşekkür ederiz.
