La atención del personal. La piscina y la terraza
No tienen closets ni nocheros ni repisas donde colocar la ropa. Toca en el escritorio y silla manipular el equipaje. 3 ganchitos no mas para colgar la ropa al dormir. Aire acondicionado de baja potencia y es mas caro en semana q viernes por ejemplo
El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones muy cómodas
Es un hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo y cercano al parque principal de Santa Fe de Antioquia.
El parqueadero para carros está un poco retirado desde el hotel.

Desde que llegamos pedimos el coctel de bienvenida, y lo pedimos 3 veces, fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y tampoco les importo, solo nos dieron el coctel al otro dia cuando los ibamos a ir, segun ellos estan muy ocupados para darnos un simple jugo

La atención del personal, todas fueron muy amables.
La piscina estaba demasiado sucia, al siguiente dia pensamos que la iban a limpiar pero solo sacaron las ramas que estaban por ahi y ya, en la desinfección y demás terrible.
También cuando se reserva dice que incluye parqueadero pero este queda super lejos, entonces hay que caminar un montón o pedir un mototaxi. A la final es mejor pagar el parqueadero a parte y mas cerca.
