Un des plus bel accueil du personnel en Colombie!
Pros:

On a absolument tout aimé! Les chambres confortables, la belle piscine, la bonne nourriture et surtout surtout l’accueil du personnel est formidable!!!!!

Nous avons eu droit à une délicieuse limonade de bienvenue très rafraîchissante. Il est possible de laisser vos bagages le temps de la visite à l’intérieur du parc Tayrona. L’entrée du parc est juste à côté. Vraiment un énorme merci pour tout ❤️

El personal es amable.
La comida del restaurante esta muy buena.

Cons:

No me gustó que habiendo pagado su precio (elevado) para dos noches, no hayamos tenido ni aire acondicionado, ni wifi, ni luz, ni ventilador por cortes de corriente continuos durante toda nuestra estancia.

El servicio de lavandería que pagamos no ha sido de nuestro agrado tampoco, la ropa nos la han devuelto aún sucia y algo húmeda.

Y por último, el servicio no ha sido todo lo amable que esperábamos.

Very convenient place as a gateaway to the TNP, very pleasant staff
Pros:

Very close to the main entrance of the TNP, very friendly staff (Julia was of great help and very friendly…-:)
Refreshing welcome drinks and opportunity to store the luggages during the time in the park.

Close to the main road with some noisy traffic. Facilities at the pool under construction

C’était parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, arrangeant, aidant et très accueillant ! L’hôtel est super bien placé (à deux minutes à pied du parc national). Le restaurant est super bon, l’hôtel est propre, la piscine est très appréciable !

Pros:

Chyba najlepsza lokalizacja z możliwych w okolicy, w bardzo urokliwym miejscu, gdzie egzotyczne zwierzety były na wyciągniecie ręki.

Cons:

Jedynie chyba problemy z dostawą energi ale to juz nie ich wina. Robili co tylko mogli. Wówczas światło i wiatrak zasilane było z agregatu, niestety klima nie, ale do przeżycia.

Pros:

The back drop from my room into the jungle was amazing. It was great to watch and listen to all the wildlife and the river running right by the hotel. Also right next to the entrance to the national park (which unfortunately I wasn’t an able to do) but it’s a perfect location.

Staff here were super good. I was extremely ill and they were very accommodating. Helping anyway they could.
