Posizione proprio davanti l’ingresso del parco.

Cons:

Sporca. Nella camera che ci hanno dato non credo avessero neanche cambiato le lenzuola, erano sporche e piene di capelli🤢 ci hanno cambiato la stanza ma nella seconda era sporco il bagno.
Non abbiamo trovato neanche un tappetino per la doccia. Non c’era il phon e neanche lo avevano in reception.

Excelente alojamiento junto a la entrada Zaino del Parque Tayrona
Pros:

Alojamiento excepcional, por ubicación junto entrada al parque Tayrona, muy limpio, personal muy amable y servicial. Piscina grande y limpia. Y muy buen servicio de restaurante. Una estancia perfecta.

Excelente ubicacion pero hotel inacabado
Pros:

Esta al lado de la puerta de acceso al parque Tayrona, excelente ubicacion

Cons:

Las instalaciones no estan terminadas, es un hotel enfocado a la gente que pasa por alli durante el dia y las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento y mayor limpieza

Perfect location but poor breakfast
Pros:

Location just 1 min from the entrance of the tayrona park and the swimmingpool

Cons:

- unfriendly staff
- breakfast: if stay at El zaino I want to be the first to enter in the tayrona park. So you can not start the breakfast at 7.30 if the park opens at 8am. Moreover service is slow and it took us 1h to complete breakfast so we arrive at the entrance of the park late and had to queue another hour.
Finally, the choice of the breakfast is extremely poor and very limited: only egg and sandwich and coffee basically

Great location and nice pool for a 2-night stay to visit the parc
Pros:

The large pool and location opposite the Tayrona entrance were great. The room was very clean and nice to have a balcony at the back. Although the road through the village is busy, you do not hear that in the rooms who are at the back of the property.

Especially the warm welcome by Elena and hospitality all through our stay. My husband encountered a medical problem and she and her husband were very helpful to us.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

Einfach aber gut, in super Lage zum Parque
Pros:

Erstklassige Lage 200m vom Eingang zum Parque Tayrona.
Ein eher einfaches Hotel, aber relativ neu, sehr sauber, und Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.
Großer Pool. Vom Balkon Aussicht auf viele Bäume mit tollen Vögeln und sogar kleinen Affen.
Restaurant eher einfach, aber sehr lecker und recht günstig.

Cons:

Der Fluss hinter dem Hotel roch etwas streng, vermutlich da in letzter Zeit zu wenig Regen gefallen war und das Wasser stand.
Der kurze Fußweg zum eigentlich schönen Fluss neben dem Hotel war nicht so schön.

Muy bien ubicado
Las habitaciones bien tienen aire
La piscina muy bonita

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y no supieron solucionarlo.
Queríamos cancelar una noche porque tuvimos que cambiar el viaje a causa del terremoto. Nos dijeron que si 3 veces y cogimos otro hotel.
Luego llegó la manager y dijo que no se podía.
Al final contactamos con booking y lo hicieron pero no nos gustó el trato ni cómo gestionaron la situación. No fueron claros y no dieron soluciones.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Personal muy amable, habitación grande y cómoda, ubicación ideal, cerca de la entrada del Zaino y al lado de la parada de bus. Hay animalitos salvajes por la zona, nuestra habitación daba al lado del río. La piscina estupenda para refrescarse. Desayuno muy bueno. Hacen unas limonadas muy ricas. Un lugar recomendable.

Cons:

La habitación no la hacen cada día. Estuvimos alojados 5 noches y solo nos hicieron la habitación dos días.

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres et la piscine est super. La nourriture du resto est très abordable et très bonne. La proximité du parc est très apprécié à 3 minutes a pied de l'entrée de Tayrona.
