C’était parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, arrangeant, aidant et très accueillant ! L’hôtel est super bien placé (à deux minutes à pied du parc national). Le restaurant est super bon, l’hôtel est propre, la piscine est très appréciable !

Pros:

The back drop from my room into the jungle was amazing. It was great to watch and listen to all the wildlife and the river running right by the hotel. Also right next to the entrance to the national park (which unfortunately I wasn’t an able to do) but it’s a perfect location.

Staff here were super good. I was extremely ill and they were very accommodating. Helping anyway they could.

Pros:

Chyba najlepsza lokalizacja z możliwych w okolicy, w bardzo urokliwym miejscu, gdzie egzotyczne zwierzety były na wyciągniecie ręki.

Cons:

Jedynie chyba problemy z dostawą energi ale to juz nie ich wina. Robili co tylko mogli. Wówczas światło i wiatrak zasilane było z agregatu, niestety klima nie, ale do przeżycia.

Arca Tayrona was the best place during our journey in Colombia. Great location, very clean rooms, beautiful views on the river and great attention of the owner and staff. They made our stay very special! Thank you! We were very satisfied.

Perfect stop before or after Tayrona NP
Pros:

Location just a couple of minutes walk to main Tayrona NP entrance so very convenient. Room was comfortable and clean with balcony overlooking a river running just behind. Lots of wildlife close by with aracaris and parrots seen when by the pool. Restaurant served decent food.

Pros:

La atención del personal , nos ayudaron con traslados a otra localidad. Nos guardaron las valijas durante 3 días mientras visitábamos el parque Tayrona sin costo adicional. Comida muy rica y a precio razonable. Desayuno a elección. Lugar limpio y ordenado. Una hermosa piscina.

Pros:

Aunque mi familia llego en horas de la mañana y hubo disponibilidad, nos entregaro nla habitación sin problema.. Desayuno buenos y estan dentro de la reserva en esta ocasion. La atencion inmejorable y la sra dueña o administradora atentos a nuestra llegada (en la mañana y en la noche, ya que eramos dos grupos). Ademas nos indicaba que playas estaban disponibles...El hostal es sobre la carretera, pero no incide en la tranquilidad del hospedaje. Aunque todas las playas estan un poco lejanas (2 km-5Km) es facil tomar transporte que pasa al frente del hostal

Solo cambiar alhohadas. Del resto fue la pasamos muy bien

Comfortable and super convenient location
Pros:

Coming here after a day in Parque Tayrona was such a relief.  The room smells amazing and has AC and a fan so you can achieve exactly the temperature you're looking for. The staff are friendly and there are multiple tienditas and a pharmacy right next door so you can buy whatever you need.  The restaurant has great food.  The pool area is clean and welcoming.  It's location is super convenient to both the Zaino entrance of the park and the bus. They even gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. You can pay for your stay with a credit card with no surcharge.

Cons:

Although my credit card has worked every other place on this trip, for some reason, they were unable to process it. Luckily I was traveling with someone else who had a card and theirs went through without a problem. Could just be a one off thing but maybe a good idea to have a backup card or cash.

Super Lage zum Tayrona Park, toller Pool, große, helle Zimmer mit Balkon / Terrasse, freundliches Personal, Frühstück inbegriffen - sogar ab 7:30 vor Öffnung des Parks

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man kann von den anderen Balkonen reinschauen, wenig Liegestühle und somit nicht wirklich gemütlich am Pool aufzuhalten

Close to the park and extremely nice staff
Pros:

Close location to the Tayrona Park. And extremely friendly, helpful and understanding staff

Cons:

The AC did not work (they had an issue with the electricity that night) so difficult to sleep. But glad they without any issues accepted that we we wished to leave earlier. Food not the best at the hotel’s restaurant- and no good restaurant alternatives near the hotel.
