The hotel is quite worn and clearly not new, but it is kept clean and in order as much as possible given its condition.

The room and common areas were tidy, and it was clear that the staff make an effort to maintain cleanliness.

Pros:

Location is very good .Restaurants are nearby at walkable distance .Shopping is nearby .
Hotel was clean but staff were less .

Cons:

Staff are minimal .same person manages luggage and even Reception sometimes

The hotel is in a good location, near to cubbon park and church street.

Cons:

The rooms didn't have some basic facilities. Like they didn't provide a kettle, glass etc for drinking hot water. The geyser also didn't work properly in the washroom.
