Pros:

Huu first time bad experience on fab hotels but this is oyo on booking time,,,,,I saw this is fab hotels but it's not right and the intresting think only prepaid no refund i,,,,i don't understand this think 🤔 after i reach room that time there's no refund amount worst room bed not working tv it's not mach my expectation

I booked NAR Comforts - Majestic through Booking.com because it clearly mentioned car parking was available. This turned out to be completely misleading. The access road is extremely narrow and congested, making it practically impossible to take a car inside.

I followed Google Maps, but it was very confusing and did not lead properly to the hotel. I ended up driving around for nearly 45 minutes, going in circles and struggling to locate the place. Eventually, I had to park my car far away and walk around 25 minutes just to reach the hotel.

After all this effort, I realized that staying there was not practical at all due to the parking issue. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any refund. I lost my money, went through a lot of stress, and had to search for another hotel and book a new stay.

What is even more disappointing is how Booking.com allows such misleading information to be listed on their platform. Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in Booking.com. It is very difficult to rely on a platform where the information provided is not accurate.

I strongly advise others not to trust the parking details mentioned for this property and to think twice before booking.

Sehr einfaches, preiswertes Hotel, für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

In der Nähe vom Bahnhof gelegen, aber schwer zu finden. Einfache Ausstattung. Auch früher Check-In um 6:00 Uhr a.m. gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Cons:

kein Klopapier, Mobiliar schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
