Not clean room..not family friendly..AC was not working..Fan made lot of noise and dusty..walls not clean. Cigarette smelled strongly. Couldn't sleep.

Pros:

Wouldn't recommend. After booking, I was sent several emails asking me to pay for my stay via a link and threatening me that I would lose my reservation if I didn't. I was assured I could pay by card on arrival after contacting the property but the machine wouldn't take any of my cards. There was no breakfast, the room wasn't clean, no toilet paper, no towels. At least the a/c worked fine.

dirty and scammers! Terrible service. we arrived tired after 5 p.m. we had a room booked. at the reception they told us that our room was not available, only a larger one at a higher price and if we wanted it, we had to pay extra. we did not agree to this and they said that ours room would only be available at 10 p.m. and then we would be able to move. After talking, we agreed that we would move the next day. the next day we got a dirty room, without replaced bedding, with a dirty floor and a smelly bathroom. the staff is unprofessional with their behavior. there are no words for how we were treated, probably because of the color of our skin. besides, the bathrooms were full of vermin and lizards. dirty walls, mirrors in the room and you had to demand for towels and paper

Pros:

The room was okay

Cons:

The beds weren't cleaned. Under the blanket I found too many hair and so much of dust.
They just cleaned the upper part but inside the blanket and on the bed idk who's hair was it but it was too dirty and there were no tissues or toilet paper.
