I was pleasantly surprised by my stay atBANANA FUN Hotel. For the price I paid, it offered excellent value. The room was clean and cozy, with basic amenities that met all my needs. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, checking me in and out quickly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to public transportation and many local attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit。
The only drawback is that the hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many breakfast options available downstairs.
Choosing this hotel for my trip to Guangzhou was truly a great decision! Before check-in, the staff patiently guided me on how to reach the hotel. During my stay, the staff always wore warm smiles and patiently answered all my questions. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding and pillows were especially soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very helpful and even taught me some Chinese, which was really fun! There are many excellent restaurants downstairs. It's definitely worth staying here!

The property was great—perfect for young travelers rather than families. It has more of a hostel vibe than a hotel, but the bed quality was excellent. The location is amazing, with everything within walking distance
I was provided with a room without a window, even though I had specifically mentioned this during booking. Despite waiting several hours to check in, the room felt very closed and claustrophobic, which unfortunately ruined the overall experience of my stay. IDK If I got unlucky or they give such rooms to foreign travelers using booking.com cause I was one of the first to check in that day.

The room was nice, some amenities didn't work but it was still comfortable
There were construction works everyday from 8 AM, which made it quite unbearable to be in the room.
I actually like how there were so many food and grocery stores nearby. And it fit the comfortable, quiet but accessible kind of place I want to stay in.
The room had a lot of electrical outlets to plug in your chargers, which in this day and age, is super necessary.
They also cleaned up the room and replaced the towels without our prompting. They also added in new toothbrushes and provided room slippers.
When we requested for extra toiletries, they manage to deliver it very quickly.
They have a laundry area as well and they provide other amenities free to take such as earplugs, dental floss, etc.
And my favorite, they have an AI assistant to help play music, open/close the curtains and the lights.
The bed was not what we expected it. Probably because we booked good for three people but the bed was a double. So if you're the type who moves around a lot in your sleep and you're sharing a bed, it can feel very small.
Though they clean-up the room, sometimes they miss lot of things. Such as extra towels as we booked good for three people but they sometimes provide only two of the items. This can be remedied by asking them for the extra towels or slippers, via wechat.
Also, the room in the picture shows a really bright room but because our room had gray walls, it's not as bright as we would have expected.

A região do Hotel é boa. Tem bastante opção de restaurantes e mercados, o que seria básico para não ficar isolado tendo que gastar muito com transporte para ir a determinados destinos. A equipe do hotel são muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar. Eu fiquei cerca de 23 dias no hotel. Com certeza poderei voltar lá na próxima visita a China.
A falta de um frigobar e chaleira elétrica para complementar na melhor experiência de estadia. mas isso não é um detalhe que desabone a experiência como um todo.
