The location was perfect, it was within walking distance of plenty shopping centers and restaurants. As well as having the subway right in the basement.
Room was clean and tidy when we checked in, with all the basic amenities provided (toothbrush, comb, razors and more).
The beds and pillows are comfortable, and having a massive projector which can easily connect to your laptop to watch dramas and shows you have.
Great customer service from the owners, they know English and helped us out with any queries we had.
Had an amazing experience during our stay here and would definitely return and recommend our friends to stay.

The hotel's location above the train station (metro) facilitates convenient transportation around the city. The view from the room was nice, although the windows were dirty, so it was not as enjoyable as it could have been.
The rooms are not 38m² as advertised. There is no wellness/spa as advertised, and there are no facilities. This is not a hotel; it is more like an apartment but without amenities. The breakfast is terrible and consists of takeaway from McDonald's. The safe in the room did not work properly. There were all these big and little things that were disappointing.
