Room location is good
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The biggest issue was that the rooms shown in the app were completely different from the room I was given.
I booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos displayed in the app. However, when I arrived, I was told that the rooms shown in the pictures were actually Premium Rooms, and I would have to pay extra to get one of those. This is very misleading. If the Deluxe Room is different, then the app should display the actual photos of the Deluxe Room. Showing Premium Room photos for a Deluxe Room feels like a scam and misleads customers into booking something they won't receive.
The room I was given was very small, barely enough for a person to stay comfortably, and it was not cleaned properly. The overall condition of the room was nowhere close to what was advertised.
I request that this issue be looked into seriously. Hotels should upload accurate photos of each room category so that customers know exactly what they are booking. Misleading images create false expectations and result in a very poor customer experience.

Actually I booked for 4 days but I stayed only 2 days due to sudden change in admission process of my daughter. Please let me know the refund.
Hygiene . There where Cockroach and bugs in my room. They should have maintained it well ! The name Corporate crown doesn't suit it
