Pros:

La atención y trato del personal.

Cons:

Quizá la ubicación, un poco alejado del centro de Wadi Musa (4 minutos conduciendo) pero si tienes un coche alquilado tienes la ventaja de poder aparcar sin ningún problema enfrente del hotel.

Pros:

Conveniently located outside Wadi Musa, if you have a car it is a perfect location with available parking by the road.
Close to Petra and they have early breakfast from 6am so you can go to Petra at the best time to avoid crowds (at least for a little while :)
One of the receptionist was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant in town (Elan Restaurant do not miss it!), as well as tips to visit Petra, which was really helpful.

Cons:

The turkish bath was closed and the swimming pool is really cold since it is outdoor and shaded all day.

Staying at this hotel was such a heartwarming experience. Everything was perfectly organized and spotless, but what truly made it special were the people — the staff were so kind, genuine, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
My room was cozy and had the most stunning view of the Petra mountains. Watching the sunset from there felt magical — one of those moments you never forget.
The food was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans.
I honestly felt like I wasn’t just staying at a hotel, but at a home filled with warmth, kindness, and care.

Major Issues with Elevator, Hot Water, and More
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

First of all, the elevator wasn’t working. We were taken to the upper floor without any prior notice, and they only told us about it when we arrived at the hotel at 22:00 o'clock. The bathroom had a horrible smell, and there was no hot water. I had to call reception to resolve the issue. The breakfast was poor, definitely not up to the standards you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. It didn’t match the description on Booking.com. Additionally, I had booked 5 rooms, and all my guests complained about the same issues.
