Clean room, friendly staff, and a perfect location in Cairo
Pros:

Great stay, The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in central Cairo is excellent. I would gladly stay here again.

Standart bir Otel ama fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi.

Pros:

I am staying in this hotel for the fourth or fifth time and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. From the location which is in the center of Downtown to the friendly staff who are always ready to offer help. All recommendations.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé, avec beaucoup de choses à proximité. Les différents quartiers du Caire sont rapidement accessibles. Chambres propres et confortables et assez bien insonorisées. Pour le prix c’est correct.

Mismanagement and Lack of Transparency
Pros:

We chose this property for its location and because it suited our group of eight staying in three rooms. The rooms were decent for a short stay.

Cons:

Communication was poor from the start. Messages were often ignored, and replies were incomplete. On arrival, none of the staff spoke English, which made everything more difficult.
Before our trip, I confirmed that we could pay in euros. However, when we arrived at 4:00 a.m., we were asked to pay 20 EUR more than the confirmed Booking.com price. After almost one hour of phone negotiation with the owner, the extra charge was reduced to 10 EUR above the confirmed booking price. We paid at 5:30 a.m., under pressure and exhaustion.
Eight people were left awake and stressed in the middle of the night, despite needing to wake up at 7:00 a.m. for a scheduled tour. We effectively lost one of our two booked nights. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The area also did not feel safe, especially at night. We cannot recommend this property.
