Everything ...

Cons:

..except arrival. We had notified Relax 1 of our arrival at 5.30am so we booked for the night ahead, we paid for two nights so we could go to our room on arrival. A day or so before arriving, we were notified of no staff on duty and a self registration option. IT DIDN'T WORK. When Cindi came on duty at 8am she was able to help us. Booking the extra night was of marginal value.

訂房扣一筆，入住再扣一筆，你就是扣兩次錢客人才會問，說是之後會再退還一筆，這什麼操作？啊怎麼不是你先免費給我住，我住完隔一個禮拜再付款？？

Pros:

Very warmly welcome by the receptionist (coockied as present). Very nice air conditioned room, clean and comfortable bed. Very peaceful place (hotel loby is located in the building on 11th floor). Perfect stay as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Taipei main station. I will come again!

Cons:

No breakfast option available at this hotel (alternative offers for this service at other locations were offered)

Pros:

Good place to stay, very very close to Taipei Main Station. There are many shops right next to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom!

Cons:

My room had no window, it may not bother some people but I'd prefer a room with a window.

交通非常方便，房間算大，櫃台人員態度很好。

Cons:

浴室內排水孔附近位置一直傳出喀啦喀啦的雜音，可能是管線老舊的緣故，但音量相當大且持續整夜，影響睡眠，淺眠者建議避開。
