I liked the bathroom and the room

Cons:

The way the lady responds on call isn't helping especially when you are clueless about Taipei.
Even after sending a message to the property, the directions were still not clear, until I had to ask a few local people using the address. The customer service is 3/10.

Cons:

The space was very very small. There was no staff at any point. Check in and check out were all on a machine. There wasnt even a comforatble place to sit in the lobby. Over priced for what your getting. Terrible value.
