check in as horrible, they didn't find the reservation, then took them like 45 minutes to allocate the room though i was checking in at 6.30pm.

room was dirty it had bugs, bed was bad quality.

main gate was closed at night i had to enter from the exit gate

breakfast was poor

they declined to give an invoice despite my request

Les 2 dames de la réception sont excusée à cause des choses négatives qui sont passé à mon arrivée malgré qu’elles étaient pas là.
La jeune Esra était gentille elle m’a aidé pour avoir un uber

Excellent Experience
Pros:

The place is a great value for money , breakfast was sufficient, location is great , car parking is available , staff are very friendly and respectful , Hagar the receptionist was very presentable and welcoming , and the place is very safe .

Full desaster
Pros:

Absolutly nothing!!

Cons:

Total desaster. No internet!!! Totally dirty and horrible room. We left after one night.
Definately no opion for a european family with kids!! Even breakfast was a full desaster,for coffee you had to pay extra, food was not eatable.
