Totally avoidable and there are a lot better stays than this.

Imagine property check in time is morning 11.00, even at 6.00pm rooms aren’t available and you waiting with family including kids outside their house for the previous guests to vacate the property at their own sweet time and not as per your booking time. Above all the behaviour and attitude of the property owner towards the customers is shocking.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Alojamiento limpio, habitación amplia con ventilador y aire acondicionado. Lejos del ruido pero a la vez fácil y rápido de llegar a cualquier lugar en Tiruvannamalai. Una vista hermosa a Arunachala. Lo recomiendo

Cons:

One of the washrooms in the property does not have a geyser facility. The back door cannot be locked, and there are no hangers in the washrooms for towels. Additionally, one of the bed legs is too sharp, which caused an injury to my father.
