Please see attachment. I booked two rooms for 3 persons but your system only allotted for 2 persons
Cons:

I booked for three persons, but your system only allotted for 2 persons. Tried changing it in your system but was not able to. In the end I had to pay extra Rupees 2,500.00 for my wife. Please see reservation picture that I took at the time of booking the rooms which clearly states 1 room x 2 persons and 1 room x 1 person. VERY DISSAPPOINTED to pay extra when I had already paid RM555 for two person room and RM486 for one person room, Not able attach documents as proof.
