Pros:

Industrial, the room that I stayed in was super clean and thoughtfully designed with all amenities. And more importantly it looks exactly same (maybe a notch better) as in the listing pictures.

The entire Hoodo Zoe staff needs a special mention. Starting with Amodh (the in-charge), to the housekeeping staff to the security bhayya, all were super sweet and just a call away.

I wouldn't book here again. We booked for a few days hoping to stay here for an extended duration if all went well but we left on check out day to never return as there were lots of cockroaches inside the fridge, in the kitchen and basically all over the apartment besides the bedroom.

Cons:

A cleaning crew of 3-4 untrained people showed up only after I complained to the manager via Booking.

They seemed to be ready to spray poisonous anti-cockroach insecticide INSIDE THE FRIDGE & ON THE COUNTERTOPS in the kitchen . I stopped them from doing that explaining that it's poisonous and harmful and so they cleaned manually to get rid of the roaches and sprayed it on various other spots in the kitchen but not inside the fridge or on the countertops as I insisted that they should not do that.

So, we couldn't and didn't store or cook any food in the fridge or kitchen due to this horrible situation. It was a major factor of our stay but as we were stuck there until check out, we put up with it until check-out day.

The only other solution offered to us by the manager besides cleaning was a change of apartment but I wasn't 100% sure the problem wouldn't reoccur in that other apartment as well as the same cleaning team maintains all the apartments at this location.

Jetlagged and desperate to get more rest, we chose to complete our stay in the apartment we booked rather than rushing to pack up and move apartments as per the manager's very short notice/deadline to move despite this being their fault and not ours. Not worth the money at all. The location is not good either. Have to get a cab to get to restaurants and everything. Nothing is close by. Impractical.

Unforgettable Family Stay
Pros:

One of the most unbelievable and wonderful stays I’ve ever had. All the staff were very friendly, and the management was excellent. We had a fantastic time with our family. I’m very happy to share my experience and would highly recommend this place

Pros:

Everything was amazing! You get a whole apartment that worked perfectly. Big space, Netflix on the tv, washing machine, serurity guard, warm water

Cons:

- if you live in the scandi apartment your one floor over the reception where you can hear the owners kids loudly playing and screaming
- no natural light, since I didn’t want to move the curtains (because apartment building is 10cm from the windows)
