Pros:

Courteous caretaker. Proximity to airport and BDA Park.

Cons:

Facilities need serious makeover with an increase in tariff if required. Musty atmosphere in room. Common restroom is shabby and dirty. Flush and toilet seat broken. Restroom being shared by multiple guests and stinky - floor stained , exhaust fan not working, handwash pump not working. Room is full of mosquitoes and a rickety fan making horrible noise. No window ventilation and plug points not working.

Cons:

They showed picture with two beds but there was only one bed and other mattress on ground. They showed attached bathroom but it was outside of room. Smell of smoking was there in room.

Good for only emergency stay if no other option. - the room is big
Pros:

Lot of big fat mosquitoes, the mosquito liquid machine is kept here however the liquid used is some local brand and not the all out one. .hence no effect...full night mosquito biting. Both the room were smelling. The bedsheet and blanket was used and dirty. Was not changed. After complaining the manager came and changed. There is water clogged near the toilet seat... because the nani trap for the water to go is made in the wall
