Pros:

L’établissement était incroyable ainsi que le personnel . Le personnel étais agréable , gentil, drôle et le directeur aussi . L’endroit était parfait juste en face des pyramide et notre chambre vraiment top et vraiment belle je recommande fortement et merci à Youssef et ses collègues pour leur gentillesse

Pros:

Toooodoo las intalaciones todo es nuevo la cama es super comoda la vista es increible la habitacion el restaurante todos los espacios del hotel tienes la Vista hermosa tuve un pequeño inconveniente en mi habitacion y Marolla la recepcionista fue super amable en todo momento y lo soluciono al instante el resto del personal tambien fue super amable es un lugar aque tiene 5 estrellas en mi opinion la vista el personal las instalaciones todo fue perfecto.

Pros:

Las camadas eran muy cómodas, era espacioso algo que se debe saber es que las fotos que tienen son un diseño no son así los cuartos pero igual son muy bonitos y espaciosos, todo estaba perfecto el baño las camas las cortinas que no dejaban entrar el sol para dormir y descansar no será ruidoso, el restaurante muy bueno y su desayuno incluido muy completo igual la pequeña terraza con vista a las pirámides un lugar muy bonito y recomendable

Pros:

Es un cuarto espacioso, la vista a las pirámides lo hace único, todo se ve impecable y el personal muy amable, el desayuno era bueno

Cons:

Lo único fue que no tiene rótulo afuera para encontrar el hotel

Pros:

Beautiful view, but the hotel still needs to improve a few things.
Pros:

The view can be absolutely incredible, as long as you are given the right room. I booked a Deluxe room specifically for the view, but I was initially placed on the first floor, where the view was mostly blocked by a tree.

After I complained, the staff moved me to a room on the fifth floor, and that made a huge difference. From there, the view was exactly what I had expected and paid for, and it was truly beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel does have an elevator, but you still need to use the stairs to reach it, which can be quite inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage.

I also had problems with both the shower and the bathtub in my room, as neither had hot water. I had to take two cold showers during my stay. Even though I reported the issue to reception, the response was quite slow, which made the situation even more frustrating.
