Hope to be more helpful
Pros:

The team in ketchen are very nice . Helpful.the team of cleaning as well as the team of labuer all are exellent .

Cons:

The reciption staff are not smiling even not helpful , they talked strictly . And behave in strange way with customers ,
I will not come agian nor recommend this hotel to any one unless they changed thier policy to filxiblity and helpful .

سيء جدا في التعامل حيث قاموا بإلغاء الحجز بعد ما تم قمت بالحجز قبل الوصول بثلاثة ايام وقاموا بالغاء الحجز في نفس يوم الوصول بدون اي سبب او مبرر
