Hotel O Khushi Guest House

They gave the room to someone else who walked in and was very rude with my driver and finally he asked us to leave and threatened us.
Used humiliating words and denied giving the room.

No hot water but the staff have a heating element but this was stressful. I requested half a bucket of warm water to be brought to the room at 8am every day and this never happened. I ended up with 5 people in the room to heat the water which stressed me out at lack of privacy and being stared at after just waking up. Another day they gave me the element and I tried to hang it on a chair for them to take back and it melted the chair and I got a fine for that. It got very tiring to have to go through so much effort to get some warm water made my day sad situation and also the cleaner was tapping me for money and spoiling my mood. I was going to stay longer but they knocked on my room to tell me to leave because they wanted to paint inside my room. I requested a room change as this was invading my privacy and made the room void and no longer fit for purpose why will I pay for a room and be told to go outside?! I requested a refund and this was also refused so due to this abusive treatment I had to leave 😔

We booked two rooms (2 adults 2 kids)- (Difficult to get one room for 4, as kids above 12 are considered as adults) We were given 2/3 rooms next to a curtained hall. The 3rd room had no occupancy. Later we found that all these rooms open to this curtained common hall which is inhabited by their workers, like a hospital ward. We requested for a room change away from the workers sleeping area (3 to 4 coats were arranged for them to sleep) but was denied saying no other rooms. We stayed for 2 hours or so and later vacated the hotel (accepting the money loss) since we felt very insecure sleeping next to workers room and no other inmates around. The rooms are very dark and no windows in one room. Fortunately, we got another very decent hotel in the vicinity. Obviously, Khushi management say they don't have any refund policy which is not unexpected. The hotel is also very inside from the main road.

No mirror in thre room and as well in the bathroom.

Staff was very rude. They tried to charge more than shows in the site. We had to argue to the room but still they charge 500 extra. So be careful with the scam of these property.

The room price is not same from online booking, when we reached the place the price will be more higher, and the room is also not good comparing the price. Lots of mosquitos, I'll never booked again. That's all I can say from my side.
