In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

- Sauna is not available due to remodeling.

- Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge in existing beds.

- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 50000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 90000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

Un buen hotel con excelente ubicación y acceso directo a la playa
Pros:

Buen hotel seguro para viajar solo facilidad para el acceso a la playa, se preocupan por el cuidado del medio ambiente y fauna, buena ubicación

Cons:

Deben tener más bebederos y sitios de comida para los gatos, son parte del hotel y se deben cuidar un poco más

Pros:

El alojamiento es sumamente limpio, la atención del personal es muy cálida. Es un hotel maravilloso. Las zonas comunes son hermosas grandes amplias. La playa es como si fuera totalmente privada y en el atardecer es increíble. La ubicación es perfecta. Mejor dicho. Estoy segura que es el mejor hotel en todo santa marta.
