- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.
- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

El equipo humano que trabaja en CA destaca por su calidez humana. La carta del restaurante tiene muchas opciones y así evitas desplazarte para el almuerzo y la cena. El desayuno tipo buffet también tiene muchas opciones de fruta, proteína, bebidas.
El sistema que diseñaron para el cambio de toallas garantiza que siempre tengas disponible una a tu servicio. La salida de plaza y las piscinas facilitan tu plan de descanso. Los viernes y sábados tiene un show de música en vivo en la noche. Este lugar es perfecto si buscas descanso y desconectarte del día a día.
Es un lugar para repetir... es tranquilo, cerca al aeropuerto, zona de playa tranquila.
El trato del staff del personal fue excelente. Nos dieron un upgrade a un apartamento con mayor comodidad. El desayuno estilo buffet excelente, mucha variedad de comida
Los precios de los alimentos en el restaurante y mini market son muy altos. Un cafe colcafe casi un 67% por encima del valor real.
Excelente atención, habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

Everything we expected for what we paid. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday so the hotel was relatively quiet.
Pool & surroundings were excellent. Attentive & friendly staff.
The beach was very nice and apart from Sunday was almost deserted.
Food was as expected. A good variety that would not win any Michelin stars but was perfectly acceptable for a beach resort.
Again, considering what we paid for our stay there was nothing that we could complain about.
Other hotels/resorts in the same area were charging double or triple the price for the same stay.

Playa privada y buena piscina.
En el restaurante del hotel nos enfermamos por mala manipulación de los alimentos .(pizza). Tuvimos que llamar a ambulancia para que no atendieran. Por suerte llevábamos seguro médico. Estuvimos en reposo y dieta por 3 días. El hotel no se hizo responsable. Además un día el jugo estaba avinagrado.
