- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 50000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 90000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

Quisiera agradecer a todo el equipo humano que trabajan en este gran hotel, primera vez que viajamos en familia, y la verdad fueron inolvidables, las instalaciones estuvo muy acorde a nuestras necesidades, habitación familiar de lujo, la piscina de maravillas para los hijos, y su bar que da un pequeño respiro a los padres.... Mis respetos y admiración al personal de aseo, a l@s recepcionistas, (nos dieron todo lo necesario para estar más cómodos) el personal de la piscina, los guardias que están pendientes del ingreso al acceso a la playa, y como no dejar de lado a los muchachos del casino, que siempre tuvieron la mejor disposición para nuestra familia, ( nunca olvidaran que en colombia se comieron tornados de pollo.jajajjaj)...

Bueno si tuviera que mejorar algo, sería una mejor iluminación de la piscina que está por el lado del casino, la piscina de los niños se ven poco...( Se pierden con los monos de agua que hay, pero nada grave).

Esperamos volver muy pronto, y disfrutar de Santa Marta, junto a uds. Y conocer sus nuevas instalaciones.

Mension especial para persona que nos dejó un pequeño obsequio para los niños en la mesa...

Las areas muy buenas y el servicio

Cons:

La musica en areas comunes muy alta. Se escuchaba hasta en la playa y por momentos uno quiere solo escuchar el mar.

Le hace falta un restaurante con aire. El que hay es al aire libre y un poco de calor
