In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

Please note:

- Sauna is not available due to remodeling.

- Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge in existing beds.

- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 50000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 90000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bueno para descansar
Pros:

El personal es muy amable , el acceso a la playa es bueno y la piscina es grande . Las habitaciones son amplias

Cons:

El desayuno no ofrece mucha variedad . Los llamadores de los kioskos no nos funcionaron y no pudimos pedir bebidas en la piscina

Me encantó el fácil acceso a la playa y el servicio de carpas. El buffet del desayuno fué variado: La piscina es el punto central del hotel, bastante grande y divertida para los niños.

La piscina podría tener un poco más de sombra.

Pros:

El personal del hotel fue muy atento y amable, instalaciones limpias, cómodas y con acceso directo a la playa. La comida del restaurante deliciosa y el menú súper variado, los cócteles del Acuabar muy buenos. Un lindo lugar para compartir en familia.

Bar, comida y piscina.
Pros:

La atención de la persona del bar , fue excelente , también las personas que estaban en la recepción muy atentos y gentiles.

Cons:

El horario de la atención del bar tiene que ser congruente con el cierre de la piscina , como es que la piscina cierra a las 9 y el bar a las 7 , adicional la comida en el restaurante el gramaje que colocan en la Carta no coincide con el producto final , pedí una costillas donde en la descripción colocan 400 gramos y al momento del plato no llegan ni 200 gramos esto me disgusto bastante , adicional la piscina esta sucia por los bordes se nota el.moho y la falta de limpieza

Todo. Personal muy atento. Comidad deliciosa. Habitaciones bellas e impecables, zona de piscinas para niños adecuada, zona de playa con todas las comodidades y privada.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y aseo en general del hotel y las playas. Las piscinas son muy grandes y divertidas. La comida también fue muy buena y ni hablar de los show nocturnos: impecables.

Cons:

Me parece que el Hotel podría ser más estratégico con los precios de los licores. No me parece bien que una póker valga 11.000. podría valer 6.000 ó 7.000
