In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

- Sauna is not available due to remodeling.

- Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge in existing beds.

- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 50000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 90000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

Las instalaciones de uso común bonitas y bien cuidadas: Piscinas, restaurante, zona de playa.
Desayuno variado y abundante, con deliciosa gastronomía de la región.
Personal siempre amable y sonriente

Cons:

La habitación tiene mucho para mejorar, le hace falta una buena renovación. En el baño azulejos partidos, techo con moho, las camas eran bases de cemento.

Agradable pero mucho que desear con el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de hospedaje.

Deben ser más efectivos con la seguridad de las instalaciones, un marco de un espejo golpeó a mi hijita de 3 años en el rostro y casi afecta su ojo, tuvimos que llamar a servicio Médico para revisar su ojo. Si es una habitación familiar deben ser mucho

Cons:

Deberian desde el checking comentar el seguro de asistencia medica y no al final, cuando uno ya se va. Aunque no lo cancele es simplemente una sugerencia. Asi el turista puede saber que puede contar con este servicio.

Las piscinas son muy buenas, en especial la de niños. Muy amplia y segura. Habitación cómoda. Playa agradable.

Cons:

Había fila para entrar al desayuno todos los días por falta de mesas. Poca amabilidad de las personas que atienden en el restaurante.

Pros:

La atención de todo el personal es excelente, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Tiene todo para una estadía perfecta.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación tenía problemas. Pero igual el personal iba a arreglarlo siempre que lo pedíamos.
