Nice poor which had a partial cover so fine to take a dip when the sun was out. The air con in the rooms works very well during the heat wave and the bed to a comfy. The bedrooms on the first and second floor probably had a Seaview but not those on the ground floor.
We booked the apartment and a superior bedroom with sea view. The apartment description said it had a living room, but it doesn't. It has a large cupboard with a few kitchen counters, two heating plates and a small table and chairs. It's more a kitchen facility than a living room as only two people can stand up in it as that's about the only free space. The bedroom would have had a sea view for a nine foot tall person standing on a chair outside but the vegetation in the neighboring property is overgrown and obscures any view.
Check-in was a bit of a fiasco as no one was there to hand over the keys and no door code was issued until much later after arrival. Another guest let us in and used some sort of secret code to access the keysafe for our room. Without them we would have been stuck.
The property states that parking is available which is true but there is not enough space for all guests so it was a bit of a towels-on-sunbeds moment each morning to get a space if you couldn't park the other day before.
La camera con pool wiew è sicuramente molto silenziosa, dotata di clima, e bagno interno. Per dormire e basta, senza altre aspettative, va bene.
L'ambiente non è curato, la pulizia della stanza, il cambio asciugamani, lo svuotamento della spazzatura, in una settimana di permanenza, non ci sono stati.
La posizione, poi, se senza mezzi, non è agevole in quanto in salita con pendenza assassina. Ma è un'ottima palestra gratuita!

Tágas szoba, nagy fürdő.
Közös konyha jól felszerelt.
A strandra meredek út vezetett, fizikai erőnlét szükséges volt, de a szép kilátásèrt megérte.

The garden was beautiful, the shared living room and kitchen were nice, and the shared terrace had a great view.
We had 2 rooms, both were tiny, which was not clear from the photos, and hard to find, literally we spent almost 1 hour on our arrival just to find our rooms and then get into. Both had only entrance from outside of the house.
One room was more like a motel room, with the entrance directly opening to the parking lot and the noisy street in front of it. That room had 0 privacy, and none of that was mentioned in the description.
In the other room the warm water made a huge noise, which woke up the sleeper.
Neither of the rooms had Wi-Fi.
We called and messaged the owners several times but nothing happened.
Although the house is just 500m from the beach, it's on a steep hill and the walk is very strenuous.
It was a total disappointment for us.

A szállásra a bejutás egyszerű volt, e-mailben megkaptuk a doboz kódját amiben a szállás kulcsai voltak, távozáskor ugyanoda kellett visszazárni. Medencés, jól felszerelt közös konyhás szállás. Kb. 8 autó tud közvetlen a szállás előtt parkolni. Van egy nagy közös zárt terasz/előtér ill. egy nagy nyitott terasz. Pár szoba erkélyes és a felső emeletiek a tengerre néznek. Jól működő klíma van a szobában, és egy mini hűtő is van, de a folyosón van (közös) nagy mélyhűtővel is rendelkező hűtőszekrény.
Több szoba külső fürdőszobás, ami a szállás foglalásakor nem volt egyértelműen jelezve. Félreérthetően van a kilátás is megfogalmazva, mert kb. 4 szobának van közvetlen kilátása a tengerre a többinek meg nincs(saját erkélye sincs) Nem volt szék a szobában. A tengerparthoz egy meredek utca vezet le, visszafelé gyalogosan elég fárasztó az út.
Everything about the facility itself was very good.
The location of the facility is very high up to the hill and that was not noted as the fact on Booking.com. We would not recomend it to elderly people or families with small children.

Prvotní zkušenost s check-in, pak už vše OK.
Strohé vybaveni ložnice - chybí stůl a židle uvnitř - jsou pouze na terase (stěhování nábytku).
Škoda, že na pokoji chybí malý kuchyňský kout.
V určité době více lidí ve společné kuchyni s jídelnou.
A valóság tökéletesen megfelelt a leírtaknak és a képeknek. A személyzet segítőkész.
Pihenésre tökéletes volt, a kilátás pedig szuper.
Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
Boltok, strand, buszmegálló, városközpont pár percnyi séta, de a szállás domoldalon van, és az út elég meredek. Mondjuk edzésnek nem rossz :)
