Beautiful rooms, beautiful location
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful rooms - dark, quiet and well designed. The spa was incredible and the staff were so kind to our daughter (2yo). We loved the local walk and run routes.

Cons:

Unfortunately the banging doors did keep me up and the food was too oily, but they were the only downsides.

Great experience.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel rooms and restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and nature only 20 minutes from Västerås. The staff were very friendly and professional. I can highly recommend the property.

Bad experience, really.
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

Really wanted to like this place. Took an extra effort to drive off of my final destination to have a quick overnighter there but it really was not worth a hassle. Frankly one of my worst experiences in Scandinavia.
Very steep price for non-existent service topped with sparse, irritating communication with management. People who constantly travel for work don’t have time and desire to wait for responses three days to address simple tasks. Breakfast offering “sandwich to go or quick bite at the gas station” was just below decent hospitality standards. Being off-season is not an excuse - if that’s the case clearly state that fact in your ad on booking and save people’s time and monies. The fact that I could not get a VAT invoice for my stay just sums it all up. You could’ve done better.

Pros:

Everything from the booking/planning up until check-out was of top standard! The location, surroundings, staff, facilities and rooms where top class. Best night sleep ever! We will definitely be back
