Pros:

Brand new rooms. But kind of small. Didn't have a desk, just plastic chairs. Lil fridge, No microwave. Limited cable channels. Just good enough for a short stay

It was okay, building was good, location good. I found a couple of stains on the sheet and towel. I didn't sleep in the sheets, they had a heater option.

The rooms are newly renovated and immaculate. The sheets were almost brand news. AC worked great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Needed an iron and got one.
I would hwve given 5 stars but there's a noise issue. It's so close to the street and there's noise all the time. The doors don't provide good sound proofing.
I also found out that the hotel is in an unsafe neighborhood. I had no issues but didn't feel safe.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating, the room was clean, and there was an awesome cafe less than half a mile down the road. I'd definitely stay here again

You get what you pay for. Aestitically, looks nice and clean. Shop keep was up late for check ins.Around the corrner from 2 gas stations, and a few food joints. Sheets and towels are rough. No turn over service. No ice. Shoddy wifi. Key cards kept demagnitizing. Parking is tight. AC UNIT is ancient but strong. Youre either hot or freezing, no in between. Cant argue with the cheap price though.

The rooms are small but comfortable. It was very clean as well. We stayed for the night and, if all you need is a clean, comfortable bed and a shower, this place is just perfect.
