The location was great
The room was clean

Cons:

It was signed on booking that the room is soundproof but there's a lot of noise and it wasnt soundproof. During the day there's people who plays music all the time straight under the room it was so uncomfortable.
And when i ask to move to another room in the other side they asked for 100€ more!!

Great location, lovely staff, fab for a city break
Pros:

The hotel staff were so communicative and friendly via WhatsApp, which made asking questions and getting information about the hotel really easy. I was upgraded to a room with a hot tub, and I loved that the waters and teas were complimentary and refreshed daily. Finally, having key codes rather than a physical key was great for me, as I wasn’t worried about losing a key in a busy city!

Cons:

It’s hard to think of much - the overall building it is in needs a little bit of restoration, but the Nur Edge floors are lovely; I also had a bidet hose in my bathroom that didn’t work, but that’s a “nice to have” rather than a necessity!

מיקום מושלם! חדרים מהממים, הכל מתוחזק מעולה, נקי ונעים מאוד! בטוח נחזור לשם!
הצוות זמין לכל שאלה תמיד עם חיוך וסובלנות :)

Cons:

קצת ביאס נושא המיני בר.. הוא לא באמת מקרר אבל אנחנו קנינו שקית קרח וזה פתר את הבעיה :)
