Pros:

The location of the property is ok. The house has a charm, but is very bad maintained and managed.

Cons:

Where should I start? First of all, the cleanliness was terrible. The room and common areas were very dirty, dusty, and had a bad smell.
The staff was almost never around. For several days we couldn’t find anyone to speak with. On our last day, I tried to contact someone to ask about a late check-out. After many attempts through Booking chat and WhatsApp, I finally called them and they said a late check-out was possible.
However, a few minutes later they sent me a message on WhatsApp from the same number saying that I had actually called a different hotel earlier and that late check-out was not possible. This made absolutely no sense. It was also very difficult to communicate because the staff barely spoke English.
We also decided to skip breakfast because, considering how dirty everything was, we didn’t feel comfortable eating there.

posizione ottima, camera ampia e confortevole, un pò rumorosa perchè a ridosso di strade trafficate, colazione minimal ma buona.

Cons:

il servizio alla reception, praticamente inesistente, le ragazze che sono in servizio di giorno praticamente voglia di lavorare saltami addosso, ho chiesto per il noleggio di una bicicletta, tra l'altro risulta tra i servizi offerti dall'hotel, mi ha risposto che non ne sapeva nulla e neanche ha cercato di darmi una mano, magari cercando su internet, posto che hanno il telefono sempre in mano. Debbo invece elogiare il ragazzo che è in servizio notturno, sempre disponibile.

Not much sleep but great location.
Pros:

The location was great both considering the city center and the airport. The cleanliness of the room was about right as well as the size of the room.

Cons:

The room was super noisy, seemd to sleep with no windows even though those were closed. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Pros:

The breakfast is very good. Not a lot of variety, but good and consistent in what it contains.
Bed and pillow are OK.
Light from the window can be blocked easily and the a is good.
The water from the shower is consistent and hot if needed.
Right next to the center.

Cons:

The bathroom should be mentioned on booking that is outside of the room... So you won't be caught off guard and only find out on the day of arrival.

Because even though it's private, it's outside the room.
