Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux en buffet et en plus le service est personnalisé . Le serveur du matin très attentionné.
Nous avions l'habitude de séjourner dans des grands hôtels mais celui ci nous a convenu de part sa petite structure conviviale. Et il est proche de tout. la gare, la plage, le centre-ville, le grand socco etc...
Et nous avons apprécié leur restauration sur place et les plats sont bien cuisiné .. c'était très bon
De par nos voyages cet hôtel mériterait 4 etoiles

Cons:

Envisager une isolation phonique si il était possible
mais c'est le problème de beaucoup d'hôtel

Great start to Morocco adventure
Pros:

Nice size room with adequate ensuite (shower glass door ready to break off its hinges). King bed, A/c. Tea/coffee in room. Staff were very helpful, spoke english. Breakfast is gratis and plenty of variety - helpful service.

Cons:

Bit of noise from other guests - Room not sound proof. Would be nice to have a chair.

Für eine Nacht gerade noch erträglich
Pros:

Uns hat eigentlich nur das hervorragende Frühstück gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, sogar Cappuccino American Coffee und Espresso. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht landestypisch, mehr Fastfood wie Burger, Tacos etc. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war großzügig bemessen und sogar mit zwei Bettdecken und einer Heiz/Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wasser wurde bereitgestellt, Kaffeepulver und Teebeutel waren vorhanden, ebenso wie ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Lage ist fürchterlich, direkt an einer großen Straße außerhalb von Tanger. Oberflächlich gesehen ist das Hotel sauber aber schaut man in den Ecken, so sträuben sich einem die Nackenhaare. Das Bad im Zimmer ist eine Zumutung. Mit der kleinen Größe kommt man zurecht. aber die Ausgestaltung und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist nur für sehr schlanke Menschen gewährleistet, da sich die Türen nicht vollständig öffnen lassen. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind verschimmelt, alles ist veraltet und marode. Da bedürft es einer dringenden Renovierung. Mein ekelt sich richtig in die Dusche einzusteigen. Der Toilettensitz ist schief, wackelt und so angebracht, dass man sich dort nicht länger als 30 Sekunden aufhalten möchte. Die Zimmertüren selbst sind nicht dicht, Licht vom Flur dringt hinein. Es ist unglaublich hellhörig, alles in allem ist das Hotel vielleicht als Notlösung akzeptabel aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Besonders störend wirkt das Personal sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Die jeweilige Bedienung steht im Raum, beobachtet die ganze Zeit die Gäste und man traut sich kaum sich etwas in den Mund zu stecken, weil man das Gefühl hat jeder Bissen wird einem hinterher geschaut. Ein bisschen mehr Zurückhaltung täte gut. Damit soll nicht gesagt werden, dass die Restaurant Mitarbeiter unfreundlich sind. Professionelle Zurückhaltung wäre für die Gäste angenehmer. Die Damen an der Rezeption lackieren sich lieber ihre Fingernägel oder parfümieren sich, als auf die Gäste einzugehen. Ein Gruß kommt kaum über die Lippen.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son modernas, las nuestras una con balcón y otra con terraza, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno está de maravilla, muy completo y todo muy bueno, y el personal una maravilla, en especial las chicas de recepción y Abdu, del desayuno, una estancia estupenda
