Pros:

The room was very clean and had everything you could need. The TV was modern and had plenty of options, including free movies, which was a nice touch.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with anything I needed and would prepare or bring whatever I asked for.

But the best part was definitely the breakfast. It was very generous and had a great variety of options. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the excellent service.

Cons:

The main things I didn’t like were the small size of the room and especially the bathroom. The shower area was very small and uncomfortable to use. I also noticed a few small cockroaches under the shower door, which was unpleasant.

I also didn’t really like the location. However, it was quiet at night with no noise, so it was easy to sleep peacefully.

Other than that, everything was good.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at El Toro Hotel in Tangier and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. From the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout our stay, the hotel made us feel very well looked after.

A special mention must go to Abdenabi, whose service was truly exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also a real highlight — a great selection, fresh and delicious, and the perfect way to start each day.

The women at reception were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and always happy to assist whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their kindness really added to the overall experience.

There are just a couple of small areas that could be improved. Our room was smaller than we had expected and had limited storage space, which made it a little difficult during a 6-night stay. We also found that replacement towels sometimes didn't arrive until late afternoon. These are minor points, however, and did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

Overall, we would happily recommend El Toro Hotel to anyone visiting Tangier. The wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, and genuinely warm service made our stay memorable. We would definitely consider staying here again!
