الموقع جيد جدا
طاقم الفندق متعاون

سويت مكون من غرفتين لعدد 4 أفراد لا يوجد به اى مناشف ولا قطعه واحده ولا يوجد به اى زجاجات مياه كما أن الكوفى كورنر فارغ تماما
الإهمال الشديد في تجهيز السويت لاستقبال النزلاء
رغم انه تم إحضار كل هذا ولكن بعد طلبه على عده مرات

المكان كان متوسط و مفيش حاجة مش نظيفة بس لا تطلب الحاجة بتاعة الغرفة عشان تيجي لو مطلبتش مش هيجيلك حاجة
الحاجات دى زي الفوط الشامبو….

الناس اللي شغالي اسلوبهم سيئ جدا و كلامهم مفيش احترام اوي
يعني جي و انا بقولهم انا لميت حاجتي بس نسيت المفتاح جوا لقيت البنت بتقولي طب استني بقى اتأكد ان المفتاح جوا ولا لا اللي هو انا بكذب عليكي يعني، هي أكيد محتاجة تتأكد بس مش بالأسلوب ده
و كل شوية و انت طالع ناس غريبة تقعد تقول انت رايح فين يا باشا و طالعه تعملي ايه

-The stuff not organised and tuff
-The room hasn't shampoo or soap or kettle
-The breakfast is very very poor
All in all it is not good experience and not good value for money 😕

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was acceptable and parking was okay.

Cons:

The facilities inside the room was insufficient (no kettle, no wi fi connection as described, no water bottles, no shampoo or shower gel, no extra room keys only one key)
The area arround the hotel was very dirty, very noisy and the price was very expensive.
The beach was not clean at all

not impressed and wouldn’t go back
Pros:

the location direct on the beach , nice view from terrace.

Cons:

the area is very crowded and filthy, garbage all over and around. stained bedsheet, smelly bedding. double room with only 2 hand towels, no bath towels, taking a shower is agony, one foot bathtub with slow/blocked drainage let water flow, flooding the floor. no hotel room service, only provide free delivery from nearby markets/pharmacies. Free breakfast with limited varieties, sorry we ran out of green tea!. the staff were very friendly, greeting with smiles
