Due to it's wonderful town center location, The Killarney Towers Hotel does not have onsite parking.
There is a public parking lot adjacent to the property. The public car park is free between the hours of 18:00 – 08:00 Monday through Saturday, and free on Sundays and bank holidays.
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.
Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Nice and centre of town
I asked at the desk before I checked in could I have an extra blanket because I get cold in the middle of the night.I didn't receive it
I came with my group of friends to celebrate our 40ths and also I was pregnant . The staff couldn't have been nicer that was our main like .. We had dinner in o donoghues twice it was lovely. Check in was easy and efficient. Swimming pool was lovely. We really enjoyed it
If i were to say anything small my room when I first entered smelled of smoke . I being pregnant obviously was more sensitive to it . However after opening a window for a while and being in there . I didn't notice after a while . Thats not on the hotel it was previous guests obviously.

Great central location with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is satisfactory.
The hotel is old and outdated and could do with bringing up to date. the corridors had an odd 'old musty ' smell which was a bit off putting. The breakfast was 'ok', I asked for toast but never received it. There is no late bar at the hotel.
The bed was very comfortable and the leasure centre was good

The staff were so nice, i liked it was near 1 or 2 bars and it wasnt far from the town, beds comfortable
We stayed for 2 nights the 1st night we had to ring down to reception their was alot of noise on the corridor outside our room very loud, the second nigt around 3 in the morning people right outside our door haveing a ful blowing conversation, woke us both my daughter got up and banged on the door so they moved off and b4 they did they kicked our door we sorry now we didnt ring reception 1st.
