I wish we planned to stay longer
Pros:

Everything was excellent, from the first contact until the departure. The hotel was most helpful in finding a proper parking spot nearby ahead of time, the reception provided ample explanation regarding their services and the breakfast was plentiful.
The room was clean and well organised, the bathroom clean and well equipped and I particularly liked the beautiful green marble (or marble-like) basin and we certainly enjoyed the spacious jet bathtub.
The reception also provided some nearby restaurant and pub recommendations with extra details such as their unique cocktails and their nomination as one of the best in the nation. Very warm and welcoming service with extra insights.
Sadly, we did not have the opportunity to take a look at the wellness facilities. Perhaps next time! :)

Pros:

Bar staff extremely friendly, especially Cole who treated us to a complementary Irish coffee while also giving us the history behind the drink. Also a shout out to Annmarie who kindly provided us with glasses and an ice bucket for our room.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and breakfast was fab with lots of choice...
Great price and otherwise location was great.

Cons:

It was hard to understand that you couldn't enter the hotel from the Railway station side.
I wanted to check in first and come back later.
I had my Dad with me so the way through the alley way which was quite a walk for him.

It took 20 mins to drive round on the one way street as the traffic was heavy with a match on,and I had to get up early and pay for parking at 830am .
I can imagine for visitors to the hotel they feel the same.
I have travelled the world and I couldn't figure out where the entrance was , I was looking at the pool and spa entrance.
I was glad it was bright.

One of the staff came out a door at the spa entrance and she was very helpful and lead us up through the alley way
On your website you should say use St Anthony's road.
Waze sent us back to the Lewis road and down the hill and turn right at the roundabout and car park on the right and hotel on the left.
Just to help people get there quicker.
