Very good
Pros:

Location, Location, Location. across the street from the river and a block away from the night market. easily wander around town and see the sights. couple small museums within 20 min. walk.

Cons:

I'd prefer a harder mattress but I usually say that about every bed.

Reasonable price for stay but not that comfortable
Pros:

Location close to night market.

Cons:

No air conditioner in lobby, Front door kept open during business hours that may be a reason you find mosquitoes around the building.
