Pros:

Location great short walk to International drive Where you can hop on or off the I buses quite frequently. I have been visiting this hotel year after year and cannot not fault it, it’s probably one of the only hotels that has balcony’s so able to sit out and enjoy the views,

Cons:

Checking in, After after a very long and tiring journey I was asked by the not very helpful receptionist for the code for the hotel and door,
It was quite stressful as I had no idea that there was a code needed.
I would have thought I would have been given notice well before arriving at the hotel ,checking through my booking. com app I could find nothing relating to this
Fortunately , after time spent trying to contact booking .com I finally made the call and spoke to customer services who were very helpful and understanding
and after giving my details was given the information needed to access hotel and room.
Such a shame as everything else was first class!

Great apartment in great location
Pros:

Clean and compact little apartment.

2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers.

Good air con system and nice balcony.

Plenty of parking and 2 working lifts.

Didn't use the pools, but the grounds were well kept and tidy and pools seemed really nice.

Clean towels and bedding and comfortable beds.

Owners of the property were very responsive with any questions whilst we were there and really helpful.

Location is ideal for international drive and universal - would return and stay again

Cons:

The kitchen had no oven but did have a worktop hob.
The knives were blunt and not really usable.

Was approached on arrival by an 'owner' from another block who threatened to tow my car from the handicap space, even though the disabled permit was on show - this is no reflection on the owners of this apartment, but a bit stressful on arrival in hurricane winds - no further incidents through the week and everyone else seemed friendly on property.

Great location, owner answered any questions we had. Would stay again.
Pros:

Proximity to Universal Studios was excellent. Many restaurants within walking distance. Local transit stops nearby made getting around really easy.
