The location, kitchen and bedroom.

Cons:

The communication was very difficult. We arrived to the property at 1:30am which we let them know in advance and there were no instructions on how to find the property except for a pin on google maps. We ended up entering the wrong room and staying in a worse place with no terrace.

Great budget friendly location in the great town of Plaka.
Pros:

Machi’s House has as good of a location as any in Plaka. It truly was amazing having our own private parking for the ATV and we really enjoyed the courtyard. Overall the room was large and was great value for the low cost we paid. The transfer and support from their team was also top tier. If you’re on a budget, this is a good spot.

Cons:

The only knock on this property is the bathroom. I really think this place could skyrocket in ratings if some work was done to the bathroom. They have the bones of something amazing and this upgrade will go a long way.

Súper ben ubicat, al centre de Plaka. Genial per a prendre alguna cosa o sopar cada dia sense haver d’agafar el cotxe. A més té parking al costat i és molt còmode.

Cons:

Everything was dirty, old, poorly maintained and shabby. It’s a really bad place managed by an agency of rude people. 108,20 euros per night when even the worst hostel is better than this place. Everything had stains on, even the towels. Full of dust! And the bathroom had also hairs of other guests. Literally a nightmare to me. I had to check out early and find another solution on the island because the place was a scam.

Draps et serviettes propres et suffisant

Cons:

Terrasse sans aucun mobilier donc pas d'espace extérieur pour les repas. Trop peu de vaisselle : 1 couteau pour deux ! Mobilier inconfortable.

Posizione perfetta ma struttura datata e mal gestita

Struttura nel centro di Plaka con parcheggio riservato, indispensabile per parcheggiare la sera dove è sempre pienissimo. Casa caratteristica cicladica

Cons:

La casa è vecchia e maltenuta. Al nostro arrivo non ci hanno subito dato il telecomando per il parcheggio e abbiamo buttato due ore a cercare parcheggio per poi dover tornare al porto a prenderlo. Il primo giorno un grosso scarafaggio ai è presentato davanti a noi. Abbiamo richiesto pulizia giornaliera ma questa veniva fatta in modo grossolano (lasciando gli asciugamani sporchi a terra) oppure non passando nemmeno per cambiare la carta igienica. La struttura ha potenziale ma la gestione è assai discutibile.
