Pros:

The small details like the card left behind like the ‘style’ attendant is super fun, the carpet in the lift that says good morning , the afternoon and then good evening - this attention to details is very nice ⭐️ Everyone at reception are super friendly and kind the people we met working at breakfast are all super friendly too - infact everyone we have met in the hotel , the porters , everyone has a genuine kindness 🙏🏼 at the end of breakfast on our check out day we received a takeaway cup with a cool message from Pinktan and the breakfast team ☕️ We also like the design details throughout the building which have been carried through in details such as carpet design , reflections on glass and other surfaces and colours reflecting the nature of Jordan 🇯🇴 thr bed was comfortable , pillows and the duvet were like fluffy ☁️ the hotel has 288 rooms , yet the intimacy of the design made it feel like a small boutique hotel - everything was well thought out - including music , use of building materials, soft furnishings and dish ware in the restaurant / breakfast. Food was excellent, the selection was awesome and the service was excellent 😃⭐️ o the view was amazing 🤩
