Excellent One-night post-cruise stay ! Would have stayed longer if we could. THANKYOU!
Pros:

Superb hotel located in an excellent position for all the attractions that the locality has to offer! Rooms are spacious and clean but the biggest benefit here is definitely the staff who went above and beyond for us! We arrived well before the 3pm check-in time and the guy on reception said our rooms were ready anyway and we were welcome to check-in earlier, at no extra cost (we arrived at 10am) Superb gesture. They even arranged transfer back to the airport the next day which was cheaper than anyone else had quoted, including Uber! Thankyou for a great stay! We'll be back!!

Amazing everything
Pros:

All perfect to be honest I loved everything on this hotel , nice located , easy to take any bus or by walk go every where . And the staff are all very friendly ready to help .

Cons:

I can’t remember a negative thing, because even the rooms , bathrooms were so good clean . And everyday clean . So nothing to say

Cons:

Scarico del wc e ventola di aerazione del bagno non funzionante. Camera rumorosa a causa dei motori dei condizionatori del palazzo adiacente.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room felt worn and had a stale smell. Although we booked a superior king, the room and amenities were not as advertised on Booking.com.

Местоположение и наличие собственных лежаков на пляже (это редкость и перекрывает все возможные недостатки). Приветливый персонал, который решил проблему с номером, который для нас был сырым и холодным - быстро и без проволочек. Нам был предоставлен уютный номер на южной стороне.

Cons:

Завтрак, это скорее всего не завтрак, а просто кофе с булочками. Надо это иметь ввиду. Убитая вентиляция, которая держится на "честном слове". Не берите номер с видом на бассейн в холодное время, там очень холодно - но нас переселили по первому нашему зову.

Pros:

O hotel preicsa de reforma. O chão faz barulho quando você pisa. O mesmo acontecia com o quarto acima do nosso, o vizinho de cima andava na madrugada e nos acordava.

Cons:

Do quarto antigo, do chuveiro "péssimo" muuuito fraco, banho por conta gotas. Serviço de praia, toalhas velhas e amassadas, serviço ruim. A parte boa é que as cadeiras e guarda sol não são cobrados, coisa rara em Miami.
