I only like the location of the hotel

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the current state of your establishment. The staff appears significantly undertrained and, more concerningly, dismissive of guest feedback. The lack of hygiene is unacceptable, with dust prevalent in both the guest rooms and communal spaces. Having personally invited guests to stay here, I found the lack of basic arrangements deeply embarrassing. I strongly advise an immediate elevation of your service standards to prevent further guest attrition and reputational damage.

The food was good. Location is easy accessible.

Cons:

The washroom facilities were generally acceptable, but they could benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working during my stay, which was inconvenient.
I also found that some basic amenities were not readily available. For instance, an iron was not provided in the room, and instead, there was an additional charge per item for ironing services.
Additionally, the breakfast menu was quite limited, and extra charges applied for items such as mixed tea.
Overall, I hope the management considers these points to improve the guest experience.
