Facilities better than actual room.
Pros:

Location, pool area, restaurant.

Cons:

Safe didn’t work. Never fixed after calling. The room smelled terrible. Asked for new room. Told no it was full. After 2nd trip to front desk, maintenance came and did something to the sink. It was better after that but it originally smelled like sewer 😖😖😖

A great place to stay while visiting the Arches and Canyonland National Parks

Pros:

Fantastic hotel can't say enough about it. There is only one thing I can suggest improvement on. Clean beautiful lovely restaurant. Extremely accommodating and friendly stuff. Everything was well appointed clean, and very welcoming.

Cons:

The chairs on the balconies could be more comfortable, and that's it. So no biggy.
