Super clean, excellent rooms, very comfortable and relaxing. Bath and shower was so nice.
Nothing, this is an amazing place to stay.
Bei dem Hotelpreis ist es nicht gerechtfertigt den Parkplatz extra zu verrechnen.
Family of 4 (kids 14 and 10) travelling from London. Experienced travellers including in the US. We loved Moab and enjoyed our stay in the hoodoo for 5 nights. I think based on travelling around town it’s the nicest hotel, it’s brand new, has two pools, best location with downtown an easy 2-3 min walk away. But it isn’t without its issues. We stayed in a 2 bed casita. Really nice big room and fully appointed kitchen. The only issue was the AC. We were in a downstairs room and in the height of summer. But we had two large units located outside just the other side of our master bedroom headboard. With both units going it literally vibrated the wall and only got worse as you put your head on the pillow. Clearly a design flaw affecting this particular style of unit at this time of year. I could just about manage to live with it but my wife is a lighter sleeper so when the AC kicked in again in the night it woke her up. She asked to move room but the front desk was very unhelpful. They said the hotel was nearly full (it wasn’t- Moab is actually a bit quiet between mid July and late Aug as it’s too hot for
Most ) so we’d need to pack everything up, check out - be homeless for
The day - wait and see if anything was available! After another sleepless night I asked again the next day by going to front desk and heard the same. Got a call at 7:44am the next morning to say another room was found immediately (different configuration with the bedrooms upstairs) and the problem was finally solved. The other issue was the food at the attached restaurant. The food was expensive and poor quality (probably the worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever had- how do you make Hollandaise a clear liquid?) I’d paid for breakfast to be included but got given a stack of weird cardboard vouchers on check in. No one in the restaurant seemed to know what they were but we handed them over each time. On check out i noticed we’d been charged for every single breakfast and then was made to feel as if it was our
Everything was amazing and we will not stay anywhere else in Moab from now on!
Everything was wonderful but only thing we noted was that sink was not draining well and the shower head was leaking and spraying in all directions but those minor things would not change us staying again!
The buffet breakfast was cold at 10am
The ac didn't work in our room and the hotel couldn't fix it. We had to open our door and put a fan in the doorway to try and bring in cooler air from the hallway. Even in the morning when it was only 83 outside, it was 74 in our room and would not get any cooler.
Everything was a 10 ..exceeded my expectation..Staff was so helpful and polite. Great location as well..the was extremely helpful looking up activities and booking them for me ..thanks
Nothing
The location is convenient, a block from the Main Street (very walkable) and less than a 15 min drive to get into Arches National Park. The spa was lovely. I liked my two queen bed room option with walk in shower. Parking was convenient. Didn’t try the restaurant or food options. Looked like a nice pool and hot tub area.
Overall decent stay. A few dislikes about the room: chipped tile floor, a stained sheet, hand prints on the wall paper above the bed, hair in the shower. The first night the entire room smelled like smoke (I assumed from the restaurant but it wasn’t). Staff was receptive, received multiple complaints from guests and chalked it up to wood burning stoves in the neighborhood but it was quite overbearing. The second night was slightly better.
The room was not designed for 3 people withe 3 suitcases. There was no place to open and use the suitcases. there where too much furniture items in the room.
Awesome place to stay. Will be back
