Comfortable bed. Clear instructions.

Cons:

There were insects and cockroaches all over the kitchen counters and appliances (coffee maker, toaster). I let the owner know and they said they would tell the cleaners - they didn’t try to make things right during my stay and unfortunately I don’t believe they will actually address it.

I like the location i'm close to the highway

Cons:

I didn't like the room. It was so small, I end up bruising my whole lake between the while where the TV hangs out in the end of the bed. There's not even 2 feet to walk. The air conditioning was ridiculously hot, 21° in the house and the bathroom window. Every time you turned around was opened by the cleaning lady, so it continued to make the house harder. If you could use a bathroom half the time, it's so full. You never even get to use it same with the parking. I always have to park on the road or I don't get out. I'm blocked in. I would never rent room c ever again. It was like a closet. I have probably a Boda, 6 inch. Around my whole leg, all totally bruised. From the end of the bed, i'm trying to get to the other side where the table and the desk is and then you're using water in the kitchen and someone's screaming in the shower because they're getting burned, it's like you can't even use the water and the shower water doesn'come out. So good, it's very minimal, like a sprinkler.

I recommend it.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable mattress, check-in until midnight, great price, close to the hospital I needed to go to, large clean kitchen and laundry with good machines.

Cons:

It is forbidden to wear street shoes inside, and I did not have slippers because I unexpectedly had to stay in the city. This condition should be written in the ad when renting or provide disposable slippers. It is very unpleasant to go to the shared toilet and shower barefoot.
