It was hoax
The Fab hotel was a fraud.
They did not have the booking.
The place was under renovation and had filthy rooms.
They were nit very cooperative and just shifted us from venue to venue and finally when questioned they said that the site allocated had the reservation only 1/2hr before
And they had stopped taking reservations for months as there was construction happening.
Finally when asked the manager to talk to the area manager.
He threatened and we felt unsafe to stay .
We did not stay at the property at all.
I have all the paperwork and documents that the manager finally signed and gave.
Would be very carefully next time with FabHotels.
It’s a 3rd party company which just takes bookings.
There was nothing to be liked about the property.
They had construction happening downstairs.

Clean rooms, AC, hot water, and good Wi-Fi—everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast with Idli Sambhar, Coconut Chutney, and tea/coffee was a nice touch. Great value for money!
