Cons:

Had to call support to connect each of our devices. That doesn’t happen at Marriott hotels.

1. Parking wasn’t free. 2. Toilet only flushed sometimes. 3. Shower head was a joke. 4. Room was too small. 5. Food was so so. 6. Price was ridiculous for this hotel.
I should have stayed at a different hotel. There are lots of them to choose from, but the ratings swayed me.

O serviço deixou a desejar. 3 dias não repuseram água e papel higiênico. Tinha que ficar pedindo para fazer o serviço de quarto. Na hora do check out, não foram honestos. Tinha voucher de café da manhã e cobraram. O atendente da noite disse que não podia tirar, que era para pagar descontando oque foi cobrado a mais. Paguei Td ok com meu cartão de viagem. Dps, cancelaram o débito, e cobraram o valor cheio no cartão brasileiro que havia passado de calção. Sem contar o café que 2 dias não nos atenderam pois alegaram que estavam sem capacidade.

We enjoyed the hotel atmosphere, location and restaurants within the hotel very much.
Pros:

The location was the best. We were there for the graduation at UM. Breakfast was good. I was super appreciative that the hotel front desk person was able to retrieve and hold my husband's phone that was accidentally left on the lobby couch when we left the hotel. The room was efficiently laid out, neat, clean and tidy. The service & happy hour at the Mamey restaurant in the hotel was great. The ambience of both the Ivy and Mamey were very relaxing and inviting.

Cons:

I have an electric car and there was some significant charges for leaving the car in the electric charging station while not charging, which we would not have known had we not gone with the valet to the charging station to see the actual notices of charges. We had to go with the valet to the charging station so that we would know the location of the car to move it once charging was completed to avoid the unnecessary charges for leaving the car in the charging spot. Given the price of the hotel, I would not have expected that.

2nd floor gets all the smoke from the restaurant grill...fills the hallway and all the rooms...when I mentioned it to the staff...they laughed at me. I had originally requested a higher level floor.....no comment..

Working..alone sat in empty restaurant waited 37 minutes for waiter to NEVER come back with complimentary drink to to take my order which was going to include a bottle of wine as we had discussed...he was focused on his only other table in the entire restaurant that was paying the bill...

Note most singles do Not go out to eat alone for exactly this reason...they Staff only care about their potential tip...and had no care to worry or care of the atmosphere I was experiencing....which was completely ignoring me....there was nothing on the menu that was even tempting...I just wanted a friendly staff for nice service with a smile after a 12 hr day at the hospital...the longer I sat...and he would not even make eye contact..the more pissed off I got...then at 33 minutes into to this time frame when the Only other table in the entire restaurant got up to leave...I still sat there...even without any water...still or otherwise...for another 14 minutes....and then I was just done...got up and walked out...past three others on waite staff....who said absolutely nothing to me like I was invisible.....that was what was the worst part....like I did not even exist....and the manager whom I asked for to speak with for the next 3 days....called me the day I checked out....and wants me to come stay with them again.....would you?

The front desk staff eventually became more friendly. Rocky start when you arrive midday and are told if you want a room
Pros:

The property is pretty but ‘off the beaten track’. Nothing walkable near by. The courtyard was nice to sit out but nothing special.

Cons:

Its location not near anything commercial. If you don’t have a car/rental it’s Uber to everything and those take time to get there - again since it’s not near anything.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

5 - excellent. My room was very loud last night over the roof top bar. Janell helped me to switch it to the other side of the building without question. Even sent a new key up to my room so I could make the switch without going to the lobby.

Daniel, at the front desk then followed up to make sure I was happy. Oh while they are at full capacity their service was top notch.

Restaurant-
Maney bartender - Xavier and Joseph were excellent at their craft and made me feel welcome. Food was excellent. 5 stars

La habitación

Cons:

El personal de recepción y el desayuno. El encargado de recepción no me dio la factura ni sabía hacerla. El desayuno es un completo engaño, lo pagué por adelantado. Al llegar te dan un voucher de 35$ para 2 personas. Cuando vas a desayunar, no hay puesto de desayuno, se pide lo que quieras y al final pagas mas de 50$ de desayuno sin tomar nada de otro mundo. Es totalmente desaconsejable comprar el desayuno en este hotel

Las cobijas no abrigan, el aire acondicionado da en la cara, el aire acondicionado solo funciona en auto.

Cuando reservo en hotel.com me regalan el estacionamiento.

Decia que el desayuno estaba incluido y no fue asi
