Sehr viel Lärm von einer Baustelle, auch in der Nacht. Frühstück nur indische Küche. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Bus ins Zentrum ca 70 bis 80 Minuten.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay here.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well lit when the electricity was working.

During the day, the restaurant had a good menu and the food we ordered was good. Tea was also tasty.

The location was very close to the airport, making it convenient due to our flights. With the good rating on this website, we thought it would be a comfortable end to our trip in India with our baby.

Cons:

From the beginning, the receptionist was not helpful and seemed to just want to finish the paperwork. He gave us a phone number and told us to call him on it instead of the reception phone number. However, he rarely picked up the call or returned it when we needed assistance. The reception itself was often vacant.

The electricity was incredibly unreliable. My husband was in the middle of a shower when it suddenly went dark. We were also not able to use AC or fans due to the outage. They did have an alternative electricity source which helped with a few lights briefly, but then that also went out for many hours. The refrigerator could not be used due to the lack of electricity, making us unable to safely store food for our baby. This was extremely disappointing and concerning.

The Wi-Fi also did not work. The coverage was better near the door and hallway. It was poor on the other side of the room and kept disconnected frequently on the other side of the room. Overall, we were not able to use the Wi-Fi and were glad we had local data plans.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were very surprised and disappointed given all of the good reviews. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?

Don't take the risk - save your money and stay away from here.

Overall good experience.
Pros:

Good location and clean rooms. Nice friendly staff and helpful. Good food downstairs was an added advantage.

Cons:

The surroundings could. E keep a bit clean and car access to the rooms by the side of the building could be improved.
We felt it was a bit too pricy for the quality.

The hotel is located bang on the highway and near to the airport. The restaurant was good, we got our choice of food.
The morning complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall we are happy with our stay.
