Sri Krishna Inn - Kempegowda Airport Bangalore

Stayed for one night at Sree Krishna Inn only because of the convenience for an early morning flight from Kempegowda International Airport. Unfortunately, the experience was completely disappointing.

Reception staff was unavailable for nearly 10 minutes at around 10:30 PM, leaving guests waiting without any assistance. The room was highly overpriced for what was offered. Dirty linen, insects inside the room, and poor overall maintenance made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the toilet faucet was broken, adding to the inconvenience. The lobby looked shabby and unhygienic, with uncleared food leftovers lying around from previous room service.

Another major concern was the presence of suspicious taxi drivers outside the hotel trying to charge almost double the normal fare to the airport. Guests should be very careful.

The only advantage of this property is its proximity to the airport. Apart from that, absolutely not worth the money.

Staff rarely at the desk, checkin took ages, TV channels only 2 after I called the staff to credit the payg illegal box, room service charges not explained before ordering, and no menu, the hotel is actually an addition to the very poor tasting and high priced restaurant which is really a pit stop for coaches, location is middle of nowhere, when I asked for taxi price to airport (main reason for stay) they said RS600 double the Uber price I paid instead, AC was slow and not cold enough, room looked ok but half the things didn't work like shower, TV, light switches, phone doesn't call reception not that anyone was there to pick up the call, have to use WhatsApp instead, Wifi was the only positive. Was double charged for evening meal

Sehr viel Lärm von einer Baustelle, auch in der Nacht. Frühstück nur indische Küche. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Bus ins Zentrum ca 70 bis 80 Minuten.

Not super clean and organised

From the beginning, the receptionist was not helpful and seemed to just want to finish the paperwork. He gave us a phone number and told us to call him on it instead of the reception phone number. However, he rarely picked up the call or returned it when we needed assistance. The reception itself was often vacant.

The electricity was incredibly unreliable. My husband was in the middle of a shower when it suddenly went dark. We were also not able to use AC or fans due to the outage. They did have an alternative electricity source which helped with a few lights briefly, but then that also went out for many hours. The refrigerator could not be used due to the lack of electricity, making us unable to safely store food for our baby. This was extremely disappointing and concerning.

The Wi-Fi also did not work. The coverage was better near the door and hallway. It was poor on the other side of the room and kept disconnected frequently on the other side of the room. Overall, we were not able to use the Wi-Fi and were glad we had local data plans.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were very surprised and disappointed given all of the good reviews. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?

The surroundings could. E keep a bit clean and car access to the rooms by the side of the building could be improved.
We felt it was a bit too pricy for the quality.
