Pros:

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The entire staff was very professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and room tidying every day.
They also gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very nice gesture and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provides umbrellas for guests to use free of charge, which was very convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was good but they accused me of taking their bath robe away
Pros:

Everything except that I was charged for a robe they couldn’t find
Please refund my 300rmb

Cons:

They did not find their robe and did not bother to look for it from their side,they concluded that I took it away and I was charged which was very annoying
I was rushing to the airport that morning and I could not wait to sort it out
