Need more privacy
Pros:

Comfy bed, good lighting and wardrobe space, lovely host thank you Melissa xx

Cons:

No dedicated off street parking, room is too small for the price, not private enough (too close to neighbours).

Pros:

Great location and lovely house

Cons:

there were guests living there and came home very late and played music. We weren't aware there was tenants in the house.

Very good
Pros:

Very new property. Very clean. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Owner very helpful and friendly although I struggled at times to understand her English. Suite had AC and I think underfloor heating in the bathroom, so it would be very comfortable in all seasons.a convenient 1.3 km walk to Big Fish Eatery, a funky neighbourhood Japanese restaurant with excellent food.

Cons:

My room was one of three on the first floor of a townhouse-style building. There were three such buildings on the block. Seemed more like a residential development than tourist accommodation. Could lock the room from the inside but not from the outside. Parking on site a bit short if the place was full, however there would be plenty of parking on the street.

Good stay
Pros:

Quiet, warm, good location to stadium for show. Very welcoming host and good info

Cons:

No key/lock on suite door, can lock from inside but not from outside when leaving premises. Would have been good to have that extra bit of security seeing as others were staying in other suites
